Fazil Ozen is the gemologist who hand-picked each gemstone to match the scent, frequency and emotion of our fragrances. 

Fazil is a fourth-generation jeweller with more than 40 years of experience in the jewellery and gemstone industry. The family business that he owns and runs was first established by his great grandfather in the 1870's, and is now regarded as one of the world’s leading experts in gemstones.

As owner of Harmony Gems Co, Fazil has been to more than 100 countries and sourced the rarest and most spectacular gemstones and minerals. He has also lived and worked in the world’s leading gemstone centres such as Bangkok, Jaipur and Mumbai. As one of the leading names in his field, he is an expert with extensive practical and theoretical knowledge of rough and cut gemstones, as well as mineral specimens.

Having established Harmony Academy, Fazil also plays a leading role in the training and education of jewellers, gemstone traders and university students. He is a pioneer in gemstone education as he focuses on teaching practical gemology and passing on years of field experience. In addition to teaching extensive hands-on training on diamonds and coloured gemstones, he gives one-day intensive workshops that teach trade secrets, tricks and valuable insider information. Since Fazul founded the academy in 2006, more than 3000 people have graduated successfully from his courses and workshops all around the world.
